An en experienced Robotics Programmer Three or or more years of experience Previous employment in an industrial plant or in an automation service firm Comfortable with independent work and in a multi-disciplinary team Experienced with the design and on-site work

Qualifying Skills  

Practical knowledge of industrial electrical systems Good knowledge of ABB, Fanuc or Motoman robots Knowledge of the the PLC and HMI systems Some knowledge of CAD Understanding of the industrial welding, assembly or material handling process Good verbal communication skills

Responsibilities 

Design robotic cell operation for manufacturing and processing plants Develop and optimize the programs Enter (teach) and commission programs on site Produce documentation Oversee production of CAD diagrams Coordinate work with the plant production and engineering groups  

 Location

Company office in Barrie, occasional travel of 1- to 2-hour driving distance. Alternative: Site Engagements at Client sites, in GTA or Central Ontario
